1:1 MindBody Mentoring
Work with me privately every week for 6 weeks. In these sessions we'll go deeper into the root cause of your feelings of anxiety, unworthiness, fear, overwhelm, etc. to release them so you can start living from your True self! These will be virtual sessions so you can stay in the comfort of your own home. All sessions will be recorded so you can revisit them in the future.

If you are already familiar with mindbody work or just looking for a single session this the perfect option for you! Sometimes all it takes is just one session to take you from feeling to stuck to aligned! This session will be recorded and 60 minutes long.

60 Min Reiki HUGG Session
This session is meant for anyone who wants to go deeper into a state of healing & bliss! In addition to reiki, I'll be calling in Archangels & angels to assist you in releasing even more stress and finding a deeper sense of peace. This is a very special healing modality called HUGG (Healing with the Universal Grace of God.) Combining these two modalities creates an even stronger relaxation response.

This is YOUR time, so it will be tailored to your individual needs each time. My goal is to listed and guide you back to alignment, because this is where the magic happens.
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese technique that reduces stress, promotes relaxation and healing. Reiki means universal life force energy.
It is typically practiced by laying hands on someone, but it can also be done at a distance. (You will still get the same benefits. ) Reiki is a very powerful healing modality if you are struggling with pain, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, traumas, etc. It is also perfect if you have a cold or an illness you want to heal. There is no limit to what reiki can do!
No, reiki and mindbody work should not be substituted for therapy. They do however work very will with therapy because they can help to relax and inspire you!
You do not need to do anything special to prepare for a reiki session. If you feel so inclined, you may light a candle, diffuse some essential oils, lower the lighting, or play relaxing music. You will want to make sure that you are in a comfortable position and in an area where you will not be disturbed.
During the reiki session it is not uncommon to feel a tingling or bubbling sensation in your body. This is just the feeling of the energy shifting. You will feel a deep sense of relaxation and calm.
You may feel different after each reiki session because no two are alike. You should feel a sense of relaxation and peace, like a burden has been lifted off of you. It may also feel like you have gotten a good night’s rest. If you were experiencing any physical pain prior to our session it may have eased or gone away completely. Be sure to let me know if you have any physical pain beforehand because I can give those areas extra attention.

Reiki will help you relax your body and mind on a deep level. Our time together can be very healing for you both physically and emotionally. Reiki is great for aches and pains!
In my one on one work, I use various techniques to help you get into alignment with your higher, authentic selves. This work is designed to give you the tools to be able to practice this daily on your own so you can stay in the flow and create your path to freedom however that looks for you! You may start to notice that you are showing up in your life differently. You feel a strong sense of connection with who you really are and you live your life with intention.
